1. Eligibility & Strict Age Requirement (18+)

VibeVideo is an entertainment and social media platform exclusively intended for mature individuals. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, to create an account, upload short video clips, participate in discussions, or access live video broadcasts.

If you are accessing the service on behalf of an entity, business, or creator brand, you warrant that you possess full corporate authorization to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Account Registration and Security

When registering for VibeVideo, you must provide accurate, current, and complete registration credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, multi-factor authentication devices, and recovery keys.

• You may not assign, transfer, sell, or license your account to any third party.
• You must immediately notify VibeVideo via our Support Team upon detecting any unauthorized access or breach of account confidentiality.
• VibeVideo cannot and will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access attributable to weak credentials or shared devices.

3. Content & Intellectual Rights

You retain full ownership of all original video media, audio recordings, descriptive tags, graphics, and commentary you publish to VibeVideo.

3.1 License Granted to VibeVideo

By publishing content on our public or subscribers feeds, you grant VibeVideo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to host, store, transcode, display, reproduce, and distribute such media solely for operating, promoting, and improving platform capabilities.

3.2 Third-Party Intellectual Property

You represent and warrant that all background soundtracks, audio stems, visual overlays, and artwork included in your videos are either owned by you or licensed under appropriate commercial authorization. VibeVideo complies strictly with digital copyright legislation and terminates repeat infringement accounts.

4. Moderation & 24/7 Safety Architecture

To preserve a respectful and secure environment for all community members, VibeVideo maintains continuous automated screening systems paired with round-the-clock human moderation teams.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Every creator and viewer must comply with our community standard principles. You agree not to engage in or encourage any of the following activities on VibeVideo:

• Harassment and Threats: Bullying, stalking, releasing private personal information (doxxing), or inciting violence against any individual or collective group.
• Dangerous Activities: Uploading videos that promote self-harm, extreme bodily injury, or illegal substance manufacturing.
• Deceptive Practices: Operating automated bots, artificially inflating engagement figures (views, likes, follows), spreading coordinated disinformation, or executing phishing campaigns.
• System Tampering: Reverse-engineering, decompiling, indexing, or scraping the VibeVideo software architecture without explicit written authorization.

6. Creator Features & Virtual Items

VibeVideo may offer features allowing creators to receive virtual badges, tips, or digital creator gifts from platform subscribers.

• Virtual tokens and badges represent non-refundable, limited licenses solely within the VibeVideo software interface.
• All platform payouts are governed by creator payout schedules and are subject to regulatory compliance checks, tax withholding requirements, and anti-fraud reviews.
• VibeVideo reserves the right to adjust virtual token conversion coefficients upon thirty (30) days public announcement.

7. Account Termination and Suspension

You may close your account at any time through your Profile Security Settings. Upon confirmed closure, your public clips and comments will be permanently purged or anonymized according to statutory data retention laws.

VibeVideo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate account privileges immediately without prior warning if we identify material breaches of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or risks to platform infrastructure security.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

VibeVideo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that video streaming will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely free of harmful software components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VibeVideo, its directors, employees, and software affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to access the platform.
